The lowercase “i” represents information — the knowledge and tools we share. “AM” honours our Director, Alana Mitchell, and symbolises each focus person who shapes our journey. Support is at the core of everything we do.

Alana’s personal journey and use of affirmations like “i am happy, i am healthy, i am connected” inspire our culture. These words ground us and encourage those we support to believe in the future they want to create.

We focus on building genuine relationships - creating safe, inclusive spaces where people feel heard, valued, and supported.

LONDON, 5th December, 2024: i AM Support has won a Global Award as Recognised Globally for Innovation and Excellence in Specialist Support Coordination Services in 2024.

The Global Award was presented at a Gala Dinner in London on December 5th 2024. The Global Awards were created to celebrate and reward the best individual and company performances in Seniors Housing/Care Trends, Healthcare IT, Apps/Digital Innovation, Disability Housing and Care Services and the Medical Tourism sectors worldwide.
